Thick Oil!
Sometimes the THC Oil is so thick, it has trouble passing through the coils when cold. Any new pen needs to be initiated with a long-haul in order for the oil to move properly through the chamber. A short-haul will end up sucking in oil and not heating it up enough so it will just accumulate until it clogs the unit.

Alternatively, insert a paperclip inside the mouthpiece of a clogged Matrix Steal pen and give it a long-haul to initiate the process again.
